Diets seldom fail.  People fail to follow them.  I asked my personal trainer once, “what if I work out and don’t get any stronger”?  His reply was "your muscles have no choice, if you do the work". The moral of the story: going full throttle simply means follow the plan with everything you have got.  Basic theory says that if it works once, it will work again.  If you plant apple seeds and nurture them, you will not get carrots.  If you run your business according to the plan that comes from many successful plans, you win.  It is working across the country in many formats.  (I suggest you read "Winning", Jack Welch and "Good to Great", Jim Collins.)  Implement what you've learned and you have no choice but success.
